To connect with one tws earbud:

Step 1:

Take out either one earbud based on your personal preference. Press long on the functional button until the LED indicator light flashes in red and blue color alternately. Flashy light shows the Bluetooth is switched on your earbud and the pairing mode is activated.

Step 2:

Turn on the Bluetooth on your smart phone. Select the device ( normally shown as name + tws). Then you would hear probably the voice saying “connected” which means that the pairing is done successfully.

To connect with both sides of your tws earbuds:

Step 1:

Take out the tws earbuds from the charging case, the left and right earbuds would connect each other automatically and you will hear a voice saying “ connected”, and the indicator light of Right earbud will flash blue and red with a clear voice saying “ready to pair”, while indicator light Left earbud will flash in blue color slowly.

Step 2:

Turn on the Bluetooth on your smartphone, select the tws earbuds (normally shown as name +tws) on the list of the Bluetooth devices on your smartphone. You’re able to see the LED lights on the earbuds flash slightly in blue,then you would hear probably the invoice saying “connected” which means that the pairing is done successfully.

Step 3:

Note:

If you find two earbuds are not paired correctly, please follow below steps to get it paired correctly. Both L and R earbuds are well paired before they leave the factory, R earbud is the main-headset by default, so you may connect with your Bluetooth on smartphone directly.

If they are not paired or rest to defaults, you need to pair 2 earbuds manually as below steps:

a. Press and hold the function button for 5 seconds of both earbuds simultaneously, release button when the indicator lights turn in red and blue, and response with a voice saying “pairing”, then both of them will be paired and connected automatically and response with a voice saying “ connected”

b. When connected successfully, the indicator lights on the R earbud will flash in blue and red color, while the blue indicator light on the L earbud flash slowly.

c. Then go back to the step 2 above to connect with your smartphones.

How to connect the tws earbuds with computer running macOS:

a. Make sure the earbuds to pairing mode

b. Click the Apple icon on the upper left corner and select SystermPreferences.

Select the Bluetooth on the displayed window. The computer will search automatically for Bluetooth devices. After the earbuds are detected, select and click connect.

How to connect the tws earbuds with computer running Windows 10

a. Make sure the earbuds to pairing mode

b. Click the Windows icon on the lower left corner of the computer, then click the settings icon.

c. Go to Devices – Add Bluetooth or other device. Select Bluetooth on the displayed window. Then computer will search automatically the Bluetooth devices.

d. Click the device name of the earbuds on your computer. Wait until a message is displayed showing that your device is ready connected.
